As D&S’s COO and Immigration Manager, Marie oversees the firm’s administrative and operational functions and supervises the immigration practice, including case management, client communication, and operational compliance.

Marie began her career as an immigration paralegal in 2010 and joined D&S as an Immigration Specialist in 2016. Before D&S, Marie served as an in-house Immigration Specialist at a large internet media company and previously worked as an immigration paralegal at a prominent global immigration firm. Over the course of her career, Marie has managed a diverse portfolio of employment and family-based immigration matters across multiple industries on both the firm and client side.

Marie graduated from Fordham University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language & Literature and Latin American & Latino Studies, and a minor in Business Administration.

Marie continues to pursue her interest in Latin America through international travel, and reading when she is at home in New York. She is also an avid runner and has completed fourteen full marathons, as well as numerous other road races of various distances.
