Joyce Wong has been practicing in the field of business immigration law since 2017. She has extensive experience assisting clients on immigrant and nonimmigrant processes across a wide range of industries. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from New York University and later pursued her law degree at Boston College Law School.

Prior to joining D&S, Joyce practiced as a business immigration attorney at a large global corporate immigration firm, representing corporate and individual clients, including Fortune 500 companies as well as start-up, small, and medium-sized organizations within a variety of industries including finance, technology, business, and advertising. Joyce's experience includes preparing a wide variety of employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, H-1B1, L-1, O-1, TN, J-1, E-3, B-1, B-2, EB-1A, EB-1C, PERM Labor Certifications, and permanent residence petitions and applications (employment-based and family-based).
