Isabel has been practicing immigration law since 2019 and has experience assisting clients on immigrant and nonimmigrant processes across a wide range of industries. She earned a B.S. in Journalism with a minor in Government and Politics from St. John’s University. Subsequently, she earned a J.D. from Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. As part of her law school experience, Isabel served as a member of the Law Review Staff and as Vice President of both the Student Bar Association and the Immigration Law Society. During her academic career, she had the opportunity to study abroad in Morocco, Turkey, and Vietnam.

Prior to joining D&S, Isabel practiced business immigration at a boutique law firm in New York, advising corporate clients on various nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-2, EB-1C, EB-2, and EB-3 visas. Isabel’s experience includes temporary and permanent employment-based visas for individuals in various fields, including the financial and technology sectors.
