Claire joined D&S in 2023 with experience assisting clients on various immigration matters. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Harvard University and pursued her law degree at Yale Law School. During law school, she interned with the New York Legal Assistance Group’s Immigrant Protection Unit and participated in the International Refugee Assistance Project’s clinic, gaining experience in asylum-based claims as well as exposure to family-based immigration, removal defense, and Special Immigrant Visas.

Prior to joining D&S, Claire worked with an audiovisual artist on a project exploring asylum procedures in Paris, France. She has also worked in the tax group at a large firm in New York, where she assisted clients across a wide range of industries including finance, business, and technology.
