Amanda has practiced Immigration Law since 2012 and gained comprehensive experience representing clients in a full range of Non-immigrant and Immigrant Visa matters.  Amanda graduated summa cum laude (with highest honors) from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor's degree in English and Philosophy (and a minor in Spanish).  She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, graduating cum laude (with honors), where she served on Cardozo's Law and Literature Journal and participated in The Innocence Project.

Amanda's experience includes preparing the full scope of temporary work visas (H-1B, H-1B1, L-1, O-1, TN, R-1, J-1, H-3, E-1, E-2, E-3, B-1 in lieu of H-1B, and the like), PERM Labor Certifications, and permanent residence petitions and applications (employment-based and family-based). For the last ten (10) years she has focused primarily on Business Immigration related matters, however she has also previously represented individuals in Asylum cases, applications for DACA, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and S and U visa petitions.  Throughout her career, Amanda has dedicated herself to providing the best representation possible to companies and individuals in a broad range of industries such as technology, finance, fashion, jewelry production, biotechnology, medicine, business and journalism.  She has also represented writers, artists, actors and entertainers, sports players and coaching professionals, advertising professionals, and many more clients in a broad range of professions.
